We carefully pack every Créme Dream piece to make sure it arrives safely and looking adorable ✨
Because our candles are handmade in small batches, we currently do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind.
If your order arrives damaged or something is wrong, don’t worry — we’ll make it right.
Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item and packaging
- A short description of the issue
If approved, we’ll offer either:
- a replacement item, or
- a full refund
Please note: small variations in color, shape, texture, or tiny imperfections are part of the handmade process and make every piece unique.
